Full-Frame Windows - means the entire window is removed down to the rough opening (wall framing). A complete new window and trims are then installed using best practices.

Insert Windows - also called pocket style, means that the existing frame (jambs and casings) stay as they are. A new custom sized window is manufactured to fit within the existing frame.

• ALUMINUM: Don’t consider for residential.

The fact is today’s double pane windows are far more efficient that anything manufactured ten years ago.
